Can I get multiples of my basic pledge?

Yes, just select an extra pledge in the Add-Ons step and you will receive another copy of the base game and all associated rewards with the selected extra pledge.

Can I get this game in a different language?

No. This Kickstarter is only for the English version of the game. Versions in other languages will be up to our international partners, and so are not part of this campaign.

How can I avail of the Traditional Chinese, Korean or Thailand Language editions?

CMON is working to help customers bring localized edition of Marvel Zombies to simplify the ordering process! Pre-orders will be paid in local country currency and you will have the option to pick up from designated hubs or be delivered to your doorstep. This option will be available to you after the campaign ends.

The Marvel Zombies - A Zombicide game pieces are around 32mm to the eyes and Galactus is 620mm tall.

What are the refund policies for this project?

We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that’s minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees (10% - which we can’t get back from them after 14 days) until the pledge manager deadline. After the deadline, we may, at our sole discretion, refund and/or provide credit against future Kickstarter campaigns, in whole or in part (less 17.5% for expenses), upon request. This Kickstarter refund policy is subject to change without notice, and may be revised from time to time.

What are the project deadlines?

The deadline for submitting and paying for 2-Wave Expedited Shipping is May 31st 2022. This option will no longer be available after that, and pledges with this option selected that are not paid and confirmed by the deadline will be automatically moved to Single-Wave Shipping.

If you choose Single-Wave Shipping or fail to confirm your 2-Wave Expedited Shipping order by May 31st, then your pledge will use Single-Wave Shipping, which means your full pledge will be included in the Second Wave (Wave 2), estimated to deliver around June 2023. The deadline for submitting and paying for Single-Wave Shipping is June 30th, 2022. If you fail to confirm your survey by the deadline, we will be completely unable to offer you a pledge later.

How can I select my shipping option (2-Wave Expedited Shipping or Single-Wave Shipping)?

You’ll select your shipping option (2-Wave Expedited Shipping or Single-Wave Shipping) upon completing your survey, just before payment and confirmation, on step 3 of the process: Shipping. When you enter your pledge manager, you’ll select the optional buys you’d like to add to your pledge (if any) and then proceed to shipping. Once you have input your shipping address and confirmed it, the system will ask you to confirm which of the 2 shipping options you prefer, along with indicating their respective costs. Simply select whichever option you want and proceed to the next step (step 4: Confirm) in which you’ll pay and confirm your order. You’ll be able to return to the Add-Ons section at any time before confirming your pledge and change the contents of your order, if you wish, and change your shipping information. However, once the order is confirmed, all edits to the content of the order will be locked. So please be sure you are satisfied with your order and shipping option before finalizing it. If you need any help or have any further questions, please make sure to contact Support.

Can I edit my pledge after confirming?

Your payment will be processed immediately as soon as the order is placed. You’ll still be able to edit your address until the deadline, but the items of your pledge (pledge level and optional buys) will be locked as soon as the order is finalized, no longer being editable from then on. So be sure to fill out your survey carefully, including all the products you want, within the selected shipping option’s deadline.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
